What we hold on every batch

We document, retain and supply on request:

– Specifications, including chemical identity, purity and mass where applicable

– Batch reference and date of manufacture

– Storage and stability data

– Certificate of analysis on request, scoped to your intended use

How material is held

Compounds are stored under conditions consistent with their stability data. Cold storage is the default. Material is rotated by batch and date, not by sales velocity.

What we will not do

We do not represent product as fit for human consumption. We do not advise on dosing, indication or treatment. We do not supply outside our documented standards, even when asked.
