How review works.
Every account begins with a review. We move quickly, but we do not move on volume.
01 — Application
Submit your details, credentials and the intended scope of work. The form is short. The detail you provide shapes the speed of review.
02 — Manual assessment
Each application is read by a member of our team. We may request supporting documentation. We respond within two business days, including when we decline.
03 — Onboarding
On approval, you receive account credentials and access to the catalogue, current specifications and pricing. We confirm shipping lanes and your preferred documentation set.
04 — Ordering
Orders are placed through your authenticated account. Each order is read before fulfilment – there is no automated dispatch.
05 — Dispatch and custody
Compounds are released under cold chain where required, with full documentation and signed chain-of-custody. Tracking is provided directly to you.
Accounts are reviewed periodically. We reserve the right to close an account at any time and will state our reason when we do.
