Cold chain
Temperature-sensitive material is shipped under validated cold-chain protocols. Carrier selection, packaging and routing are matched to the compound, the destination and the seasonal profile.
Routing
We work with a small set of carriers and a small set of lanes. We will sometimes refuse a destination. We will not move on speed alone.
Chain of custody
Every dispatch carries signed chain-of-custody. You receive tracking directly. We retain the record.
Packaging
Plain packaging. No external branding. Customs documentation is prepared accurately and to the regulations of the destination.
If a route is wrong, we will say so before we move.
